The MIDAS DM16 is a high-quality analog mixer designed for professional musicians, sound engineers and technicians who demand stable operation and crystal-clear sound. The DM16 model is equipped with 12 mono channels with balanced XLR inputs and TRS connectors for connecting microphones, instruments and line sources. Each channel has a 3-band equalizer with an adjustable midrange, which allows for flexible sound shaping. Separate Aux 1 and Aux 2 controls provide the ability to create independent monitor mixes or effect sends. Thanks to 60 mm faders, the user gets smooth and precise control over signal levels.
For working with stereo signals, there are 2 stereo channels with balanced TRS inputs, gain control, equalization and balance. The console also has 2 Aux outputs, 2 TRS monitor outputs, a stereo headphone output, RCA inputs and outputs for recording the mix. The main signal is output via two balanced XLR outputs, and the built-in switching power supply automatically adapts to 100–240 V, ensuring stable operation in any conditions.
With global +48 V phantom power, signal level indicators, illuminated PFL and Mute switches, the MIDAS DM16 guarantees professional audio control at every stage. The compact body (95×438×370 mm) and weight of only 5 kg make the console convenient for transportation.
