Equalizer dbx 1231

The dbx 1231 is a professional dual-channel graphic equalizer designed for the most demanding sound reinforcement applications. It combines high reliability, precise control, and user-friendly operation, making it an excellent choice for both fixed installations and touring systems. Each of the 31-band faders (1/3 octave) allows frequency adjustment with ISO accuracy, and selectable boost/cut ranges of ±6 dB or ±15 dB provide precise control.

The unit features high-quality inputs and outputs including XLR, 1/4" TRS, and barrier strip connectors, offering flexible connectivity. Balanced and unbalanced connections, RF filtering, and chassis ground lift options help eliminate noise and interference. For signal protection, the equalizer includes a relay bypass with a 2-second power-up delay.

The dbx 1231 offers excellent technical performance: a wide frequency range (10 Hz – 50 kHz), extremely low distortion (less than 0.005%), high dynamic range (up to 115 dB), and very low interchannel crosstalk.
