The AMC VC60RX is a wall-mounted volume control designed for reliable sound management in commercial audio systems with a power rating of up to 60W. Its primary purpose is to provide local control over the background music level without interfering with the operation of emergency alert systems. This makes it an indispensable component for facilities with high safety requirements, such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and educational institutions.
The main feature of the model is its built-in 24V relay, designed for 4-wire systems. When an alarm signal is received, the relay automatically bypasses the attenuator, and the emergency announcement is broadcast at maximum volume, regardless of the current volume settings.
The device offers 10 steps of volume adjustment and a full OFF position, allowing users to precisely set a comfortable sound level in a specific zone. The controller is made in a standard 86x86 mm form factor from durable plastic, ensuring easy integration into standard mounting boxes and long-lasting operation.
