Processor dbx ZonePRO 1261

The dbx ZonePRO 1261 processor delivers high-quality signal processing and flexible control. The device includes 12 inputs (2 mic/line, 8 RCA, and 1 digital S/PDIF input) and 6 analog outputs, allowing efficient audio distribution in multi-zone systems.

ZonePRO 1261 is equipped with a complete set of professional audio tools such as gain adjustment, EQ, limiting, compression, automatic volume control, noise gating, feedback suppression, and the AutoWarmth® feature, co-developed with JBL to preserve natural low-frequency sound at any signal level.

The central routing module offers primary source selection, ducking for paging and priority override, as well as system expansion via analog input/output bus between devices. Each output includes its own processing tools—crossover filters, delays, limiters, and parametric EQ—for precise system tuning.

Beyond audio processing, the 1261 supports multiple control options: from simple ZC-series wall controllers to an integrated real-time clock for automated setting changes throughout the day or week. Configuration and monitoring are handled via ZonePRO Designer software, which features an intuitive interface and a step-by-step setup wizard. With Ethernet support, the device can be controlled locally or remotely over networks or Wi-Fi.
