The dbx ZonePRO 640 processor offers flexible signal routing, digital signal processing (DSP), and multiple control options. With 6 inputs (2 mic/line and 4 RCA) and 4 outputs, it allows you to create a scalable and adaptable system for various installations.

The ZonePRO 640 includes all the essential tools for sound enhancement — from basic input processing (EQ, gain control) to advanced features like AFS™ feedback suppression, auto gain control, compression, de-essing, gating, and filtering. The core routing module enables source selection, priority override, and ducking for paging or announcements.

Outputs offer extended processing capabilities: parametric EQ, bandpass and crossover filters, limiters, delay, and the AutoWarmth® feature — developed in collaboration with JBL — which boosts low frequencies without compromising quality. Control options include wall panels, RS-232, and ZonePRO Designer software with a graphical interface and built-in timer for scheduled adjustments.

The processor delivers outstanding audio quality with a dynamic range exceeding 110 dB, a frequency response of 20 Hz – 20 kHz, and ultra-low distortion (0.003%). Its compact 1U rackmount chassis fits easily into standard racks. ZonePRO 640 is a professional-grade solution for reliable, flexible, and high-quality commercial audio systems.
