The updated Crown XLS DriveCore™ 2 series represents a new generation of powerful yet compact audio amplifiers. The XLS2002 model is a two-channel Class D amplifier, known for its efficiency, lightweight design, and enhanced digital signal processing (DSP) features. With an enlarged LCD screen and intuitive interface, setting and adjusting parameters is simple—even in dark environments.
The XLS2002 is powered by Crown’s patented DriveCore™ technology, delivering up to 2100W in bridged mode at 4 ohms. It supports operation at 2, 4, and 8 ohms, ensuring high performance and clean, undistorted sound across all load conditions.
The device includes balanced XLR, 1/4" TRS, and RCA inputs. Outputs are provided via Speakon connectors, screw terminals, and AUX. The integrated PureBand™ crossover system and per-channel bandpass filters provide precise audio customization for any setup.
Speaker and amp protection are ensured with Peakx™ limiters, overload and short circuit protection, and an intelligent forced-air cooling system. Additional features like sleep mode, menu lock, and remote power trigger make it highly reliable and user-friendly.
With a weight of just 4.9 kg and compact dimensions, the Crown XLS2002 is an excellent choice for mobile rigs, studios, clubs, or permanent installations.
