The ART TransX is a high-quality 2-channel 1U preamplifier designed for musicians, vocalists, and sound engineers working in studio or live environments. It delivers up to 68 dB of clean signal gain, making it an ideal choice for professional studios, home projects, and live performances.
The ART TransX features input and output transformers that minimize noise and improve consistency between balanced and unbalanced connections. Each channel has step-level gain control, output volume, and a 20 dB attenuator for precise level control. Built-in 12-way low-pass filters and variable impedance allow you to fine-tune the sound to a specific microphone or instrument.
Balanced XLR microphone inputs are located on the rear panel, while 1/4" Hi-Z instrument inputs are located on the front. XLR and 1/4" outputs provide optimal compatibility with mixing consoles and audio interfaces. Ground-lift switches are provided on each channel to eliminate unwanted interference.
Signal status is displayed by 11-segment LED indicators, allowing you to monitor the level in real time. An external power supply with a locking connector is included to prevent accidental disconnection.
