The Zoom ZHA-4 Headphone Amplifier is a portable device designed for high-quality audio monitoring. It is ideal for music groups, and podcasters and allows you to connect up to four headphones at the same time via 3.5 mm outputs. Each output is equipped with a separate volume control, which makes it possible to adjust the sound for each user individually. In addition, there are independent mute buttons for each channel, allowing you to instantly mute an individual output without affecting the overall settings.
The amplifier is powered by two AA batteries, providing up to 3.5 hours of continuous operation with alkaline batteries, up to 4.5 hours with nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries, and up to 8.5 hours with lithium batteries. For long-term work, you can also use external batteries with a USB-C connector or a network adapter.
Specifications: gain is 24dB, cut-off level is +18dBu, output impedance is 47 ohms, and frequency response is 10Hz to 50kHz with +/-1dB deviation. The dynamic range exceeds 100 dB, and the input impedance is 10 kOhm.
Zoom ZHA-4 is compact and easy to transport, its weight is 180 g, and its dimensions are 130 x 70 x 52 mm. The amplifier comes with two AA batteries, a 50cm cable with 3.5mm stereo jacks on both ends, and an instruction manual.
