NAD C 3050 is a stereo amplifier that skillfully combines retro aesthetics with cutting-edge modern technologies. With the use of proprietary HybridDigital UcD technology, it delivers impressive power: 100 W per channel for continuous playback and up to 180 W at peak moments. This level of performance allows the amplifier to effortlessly handle even the most complex musical compositions with incredible dynamics and precision, resulting in deep and clear sound at any volume level.
At the heart of the amplifier is a high-quality DAC from Texas Instruments PCM5242, which ensures detailed sound and high resistance to clock distortions. This allows the amplifier to create a wide soundstage, which becomes especially noticeable when playing digital sources.
In addition to excellent sound, NAD C 3050 is future-proof thanks to its modular MDC2 design. You can easily install an additional MDC2 BluOS-D module, which adds high-resolution streaming capabilities via BluOS and Dirac Live room correction. This enables the amplifier to adapt its sound to specific room conditions and deliver cleaner, more accurate audio. BluOS provides access to more than 20 music services (Tidal, Qobuz, and Amazon Music Ultra HD) and supports high-resolution playback up to 24-bit/192 kHz. With the multi-room feature, you can easily create a home system covering up to 64 zones, controlling music in each room separately or synchronously.
NAD C 3050 offers a wide range of connections for various sources. It is equipped with digital and analog inputs, including HDMI eARC for connecting to an HDTV, making it an excellent solution for home theaters. There is support for an MM phono stage for vinyl, line, coaxial, and optical inputs. You can connect two pairs of speakers (Speaker A/B), a subwoofer, and also use two-way Bluetooth aptX HD for streaming audio from a smartphone or to wireless headphones. A dedicated headphone amplifier and pre-out/main-in jacks for connecting an additional amplifier are also included.
