Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol Z1 – the actual DJ-controller, which is very popular among successful professional DJ. Today a pair of such controllers is quite a common phenomenon for a serious setup at a prestigious night club, the Host of star DJs.

1 – the EQ Section and filter

A 3-band EQ, controls the gain and filter knobs for each of the two channels, the upper part of the TRAKTOR KONTROL Z1 will provide you full tactile control over your DJ sets. When using Traktor DJ, pressing and holding the Mode button independently toggles decks between filter (button turns blue) and the FX control (button turns orange). When using TRAKTOR PRO 2, the Mode button switches between the filters for low and high resonance.

2 – fader Section

Thanks to the smooth faders for both decks and the crossfader, fader section of TRAKTOR KONTROL Z1 allows mixing with unrivalled simplicity. Easy-to-read level indicator provide instant visual feedback.

3 - CUE section

Use the A and b buttons to select a channel to Cue. The Cue Mix knob adjusts the ratio between signal and master output in the headphones. Cue Volume control adjusts the volume of the headphones.
