Active PA Speaker dB Technologies LVX 8

dB Technologies LVX 8 is a professional two-way active speaker system designed to reproduce speech, music, or multimedia content with high accuracy and dynamics. It is equipped with an 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter with a rotatable constant directivity horn (90° x 70°), which provides stable coverage regardless of vertical or horizontal mounting.

The system is powered by an 800 W (peak) Digipro® G2 Class D digital amplifier and supports two DSP presets – Flat and Processed – allowing you to adapt the sound to different types of content. Thanks to its high efficiency and low heat dissipation, the amplifier operates completely silently, which is ideal for critical acoustic environments.

The LVX 8 has a crossover with a frequency of 2050 Hz and a slope of 24 dB/oct, ensuring accurate frequency separation between the speakers. The frequency response covers a range from 65 to 20,000 Hz, and the maximum sound pressure reaches 121 dB.

The cabinet is made of 12 mm plywood, has a discreet, elegant design, and a convenient carrying handle. Thanks to the rear bevel (40°), the speaker can be used as a stage monitor. The 36 mm bottom socket allows mounting on a stand or tripod, and 10 suspension points (M8) allow for permanent or temporary installation. Wall mount brackets for vertical or horizontal mounting are also available.
