The Electro-Voice EVID-S4.2 is a pair of 4" 2-way 8 ohm loudspeakers designed to provide full range audio reproduction and uniform coverage for system designers, installers and audio engineers configuring in-store paging and BGM systems, clubs, restaurants, etc. Each loudspeaker is IP54 certified for outdoor use and has a fireproof ABS plastic enclosure. The pre-assembled mounting system and the included mounting hardware ensure an easy and efficient installation. Removable, locking 4-pin Euroblock connector ensures compatibility with commercial amplifiers. All EVID-S models are available in black or white and can be easily painted to match the decor of the room. Transformer versions are also available for DC voltage systems.

- With a maximum SPL of 103dB and a coverage area of 110° by 110°, EVID-S4.2 speakers deliver stable listening and even sound distribution
- Pre-assembled mounting system provides 90° horizontal and 45° vertical rotation
- Coverage 110° horizontal and 110° vertical
- Flame retardant ABS housing
- IP54 certified for improved weather resistance
- Peak power is 160W (continuous power 40W) at a maximum SPL of 103dB (peak 109dB)
- Removable, locking 4-pin Euroblock connector accepts wires up to 12 AWG (2.5 mm)
