The Electro-Voice EVID-S5.2X is a pair of loudspeakers that are designed for music playback, paging and sound reinforcement and are ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications such as restaurants, bars, retail, health clubs, hospitality, themed parks, recreation areas, etc. Each speaker is IP65 certified for outdoor use and has a fireproof ABS plastic enclosure. The EVID-S5.2X comes with a versatile U-bracket designed with installers in mind, allowing for a wide range of mounting applications. The U-bracket can rotate 80 degrees. Removable, locking 4-pin Euroblock connector ensures compatibility with commercial amplifiers. All EVID-S models are available in black or white and can be easily painted to match the decor of the room. The EVID-S5.2X uses a 60W transformer that allows you to choose between 7.5W (70V only), 15W, 30W, or 60W delivered to the speaker through the 70V or 100V lines, or bypassed. 8 ohm for low resistance lines. The choice is made using a convenient switch, which is located on the rear panel of the speaker.
