The Electro-Voice EVID-S8.2T is a pair of 2-way loudspeakers with an 8" woofer and 1" tweeter designed to provide full range audio reproduction and even coverage for system designers, installers and audio engineers building paging systems , background music in shops, clubs, restaurants, schools, etc. Each loudspeaker is IP54 certified for outdoor use and has a fireproof ABS plastic enclosure. The pre-assembled mounting system and the included mounting hardware ensure an easy and efficient installation. Removable, locking 4-pin Euroblock connector ensures compatibility with commercial amplifiers. With a maximum SPL of 110 dB and a coverage area of 90° by 90°, the EVID-S8.2T speakers provide stable audibility and even sound distribution. All EVID-S models are available in black or white and can be easily painted to match the decor of the room. The EVID-S8.2T uses a 60W transformer that allows you to choose between 7.5W (70V only), 15W, 30W, or 60W delivered to your speaker through the 70V or 100V lines, or bypassed. 8 ohm for low resistance lines. The choice is made using a convenient switch, which is located on the rear panel of the speaker.
