The Genelec 7350APM is a compact active studio subwoofer that is ideal for use with any analog or digital monitor, but has been specifically designed to complement the Genelec 8320 and 8330 studio monitors. This model belongs to the new generation of “smart” SAM (Smart Active Monitor) monitors that automatically adapt to the acoustic conditions of the room, ensuring perfect low frequency reproduction.
Thanks to Laminar Spiral Enclosure (LSE™) technology, the Genelec 7350APM achieves clean and clear bass sound, preventing resonances and unwanted reflections of sound waves. The subwoofer's rugged yet compact enclosure makes it ideal for smaller studios where there is no room for large or floorstanding systems. This makes it an excellent choice for radio and television studios or home project studios where every detail of the sound is important.
The subwoofer is equipped with an 8-inch (205 mm) woofer protected by a robust metal grille and a 150W Class D amplifier. The subwoofer also supports a wide range of mounting options, making it easy to integrate into a variety of spaces.
The subwoofer is controlled via the Genelec Loudspeaker Manager (GLM™) software using dedicated RJ45 connectors, which extends the customization options. The Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS™) system automatically turns the subwoofer on when an input signal is detected and puts it into standby mode when there is no signal, reducing power consumption to less than 0.5W. This makes the Genelec 7350APM not only a productive but also an energy-efficient solution.
The subwoofer supports a frequency range from 25 Hz to 120 Hz, providing a maximum sound pressure of up to 104 dB, which allows you to accurately reproduce even the deepest bass frequencies.
