The signal from the selected input is fed to the analog output. This feature allows you to permanently connect the AD Box S2 Phono to a Hi-Fi system, use it as a regular phono stage and, if necessary, convert recordings into digital data stored on a computer. Adjusting the recording level is very useful because source scanners vary greatly in their output voltage levels. Such a large difference in voltage level can easily overload the ADC input, which will be heard in the form of distortion. On the other hand, if the AD Box S2 Phono is not supplied with a signal of the appropriate level, then the sound will lose resolution. That is why the signal level at the input of the ADC must be carefully tuned.
