Following the great success of the VT-E BT, Pro-Ject set out to create a phono stage that turns any turntable (with a moving magnet cartridge) into a state-of-the-art Bluetooth streamer. The Pro-Ject Phono Box E BT5 has two separate inputs - phono and line input, as well as two separate outputs. It can be used as a regular MM phono stage connected to any HI-FI amplifier via a line output (3.5 mm jack), or as a Bluetooth streamer. It takes an analog input signal, converts it, and transmits digital audio to any Bluetooth receiver within a 10-meter radius. These devices can be Bluetooth headphones, speakers or any other Bluetooth receiver.
