The Rega MC Ania Pro cartridge uses an advanced diamond stylus with a Vital profile. This profile is designed to extract the maximum amount of detail from the surface of the vinyl. Ania Pro delivers tight bass, warm mids and precise highs for a well-balanced and detailed sound.
The Ania Pro uses the unique hand-wound micro-spool found in the rest of the MC series. It is packaged in a unique high-rigidity polypropylene housing that ensures precision design and Rega's three-point mounting method ensures optimal connection to the head housing and automatic overhang installation. The new case is protected by a red hard cover to protect the internal thin wires, making it safe and risk-free to handle during installation. Ania Pro is equipped with a heavy-duty neodymium magnet and a coil carefully hand-wound on an iron micro-cross. This miniature assembly allows you to more freely track the groove of the vinyl, ensuring that even more parts can be extracted from it. All these features combine to provide a balanced and dynamic sound. Ania Pro is the ideal partner for Planar 3, Planar 6 or Planar 8 players, and a factory installation option is available for Planar 6 and Planar 8.
