Morcheeba is an English music band that was formed in the late 1990s and consists of vocalist Skye Edwards and brothers Paul and Ross Godfrey. They are known for their original mix of styles such as trip-hop, rock, folk rock, and downtempo. The band released ten albums, two of which reached the top 10 in the UK. The latest album "Blackest Blue" was released in May 2021, and was preceded by the singles "Sounds of Blue", "Oh Oh Yeah" and "The Moon".
"Big Calm" is Morcheeba's second studio album, released in 1998. This album combines elements of trip-hop, electronica, and rhythm and blues. It had success, reaching the top 20 in the UK charts, with the single "Part of the Process" entering the top 40. "Big Calm" features the vocals of Skye Edwards and the unique sound of instruments. This record transports listeners to the world of calm sounds and emotions, leaving an unforgettable impression.
