Description

Metallica – a legendary band formed in 1981 in Los Angeles. The current lineup consists of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, and Robert Trujillo, who have become recognized masters and innovators in the thrash metal genre. The band's work is known for its immense energy, complex arrangements, and deep lyrics. Their albums such as "Master of Puppets", "Ride the Lightning", and "...And Justice for All" are considered classics of the genre and have influenced countless other musicians. One of the most complex and powerful aspects of Metallica is their lyrics, which touch on important themes such as justice, social issues, and the internal search for meaning in life. The band skillfully combines aggression with emotional depth, evoking reflection and counterproposal. Additionally, Metallica is known for its explosive live performances. Although “Metallica” is an inseparable part of the Big Four of thrash metal, the band does not limit itself to just one genre. Throughout their long career, they have experimented with styles like hard rock, heavy metal, and speed metal, among others.

The $5.98 E.P. – Garage Days Re-Revisited is the first EP by American heavy metal band Metallica, released on August 21, 1987. The album contains cover versions of songs by new wave of British heavy metal and punk rock bands, recorded in Lars Ulrich's garage in California. It is the band's first release following the death of bassist Cliff Burton and the first to feature new bassist Jason Newsted. The album became a collector's classic and was included in the "Garage Inc." album in 1998.

The album contains 5 tracks.

Side A:
  • Helpless
  • The Small Hours
Side B:
