Field Recorder Tascam DR-680MKII

The Tascam DR-680MKII Field Recorder is a professional multi-channel solution for recording high-quality audio in challenging field conditions. The device allows simultaneous recording of up to 8 tracks in WAV or BWF format at up to 96 kHz and 24-bit depth, and supports 2-channel recording at 192 kHz. Thanks to the use of proprietary HDDA (High Definition Discrete Architecture) microphone amplifiers, the model demonstrates exceptionally clear sound with low noise.

The DR-680MKII is equipped with 6 balanced mic/line inputs (XLR/TRS), digital I/O, and +48V phantom power, allowing you to work with a large number of microphones for documentary filming, TV program audio, reporting, or field sound design sessions. With support for MP3 recording of up to 4 channels simultaneously, the device is also suitable for long interviews or meetings.

The dual recording function allows you to create a -12 dB backup to protect against peaks. A stereo mix with level and pan adjustment can be recorded separately from the main tracks. The DR-680MKII supports SD/SDHC/SDXC cards up to 128GB, providing hours of continuous recording. The compact and ruggedized body withstands field conditions, and power from 8 AA batteries or an adapter allows for offline recording.
