The Blackstar POLAR 4 audio interface is an innovative solution for guitarists designed to deliver authentic sound as if playing through a real valve amplifier. Thanks to the unique Enhance feature, the device accurately emulates the input stage of a valve amp, allowing you to naturally drive the signal without digital clipping while preserving all playing nuances.
The unit features four high-quality FET input channels that provide low noise and a wide dynamic range, suitable for connecting instruments, microphones, and line-level sources. The built-in microphone preamps, inspired by classic vintage models, add warmth, depth, and natural clarity to vocals and acoustic instruments.
The audio interface includes mic preamps inspired by legendary studio amps, two high-output headphone outputs, balanced outputs for professional monitoring, MIDI In/Out ports, and +48V phantom power. POLAR 4 is powered via USB 2.0, requires no external power adapter, and includes built-in visual level meters.
The interface comes bundled with POLAR Control software for flexible monitoring and mixing control, as well as a professional plugin suite including St. James Suite, Ableton Live Lite, ReLab LX480 Essentials, Melodyne Essential, and more.
