The Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 4th Gen is a high-quality desktop audio interface that connects to your computer via USB. It features 4 inputs and 4 outputs, making it ideal for recording and playing back multi-channel audio. The device is equipped with two preamps, offering high-quality 24-bit/192 kHz A/D conversion.
The Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 has two combo XLR-TRS 1/4" inputs, as well as two separate line inputs on TRS 1/4" connectors. Additionally, the audio interface includes four analog TRS 1/4" outputs and one TRS 1/4" headphone output. The device supports MIDI in and out via 5-pin connectors, allowing convenient integration with other musical instruments and equipment.
Connection to the computer is made via USB Type C. +48V phantom power is available for the microphone inputs. The device has a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, ensuring high-quality sound.
A key feature of this interface is the Clip Safe function, which automatically adjusts gain while monitoring signal levels. The Air mode adds richness to the sound, emulating classic analog consoles. The Loopback function allows routing audio from other software directly into your DAW, which is very convenient for streaming and podcasting.
The Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 4th Gen comes with a software bundle that includes: Pro Tools Artist, offering professional tools for recording and editing audio, Ableton Live Lite – a simplified version of the popular DAW for creating and performing music in real-time, and Hitmaker Expansion, which features industry-renowned plugins and instruments such as Antares Auto-Tune Access and Native Instruments MASSIVE for creating professional music tracks.
The audio interface is finished in red and has compact dimensions of 59 x 180 x 129 mm, making it convenient for use in any workspace. The device weighs 0.807 kg without packaging. The Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 4th Gen comes with a USB cable, power supply, and user manual.
