This sound card needs 3.5 mm audio cable to plug in, cellphone must support 3.5 mm socket (some Android cellphone needs original type C to 3.5 cable or iPhone needs original lightning cable to 3.5), otherwise can not used normally. How to solve the cellphone can not receive music/sound effects. When the cable connection is right, if you cellphone put on a case, take the case off, put the 3.5 live audio cable into cellphone socket, and reboot your cellphone directly. If still can't work, reinstall the APP that you using.
