Want to be able to work in any environment? The MOTU UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid lets you do just that with the flexibility and mobility of a FireWire or USB2 connection to your Mac or PC. Professional sound quality at sample rates up to 192 kHz and multiple I/O make it the perfect choice for the studio or stage, with or without a computer.
The MOTU UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid has a compact and ruggedized design that you can take anywhere. It can connect all your studio gear, including microphones, guitars, synthesizers, keyboards, drum machines, effects processors, and even MIDI devices. Record, monitor, route, and process all of these inputs in real time with the built-in CueMix FX professional mixer, without wasting time on latency or stressing your computer's CPU.
You can also enjoy hardware-based effects processing, such as Classic Reverb™ with up to 60 seconds of delay and 7-band parametric EQ. Choose between two types of compression: a conventional compressor and the Leveler™, a faithful model of the legendary LA-2A™ optical compressor.
The MOTU UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid also offers the ability to be used in standalone mode as an effects mixer. After programming the mixer in the studio, disconnect it from your computer and take it on the road. All mixer and effect settings can be adjusted via the front panel's reverse LED display.
The MOTU UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid supports a variety of operating systems, including Mac and Windows, and all your favorite audio applications and effects via WDM/ASIO/Core Audio drivers. Or you can use the included AudioDesk software for Mac with 24-bit recording/editing and 32-bit mixing/processing/mastering.
