The Sennheiser L 6000 charging station is designed for centralized and convenient powering of wireless transmitters from the Digital 6000 and Digital 9000 series. The device comes in a standard 19" rack-mount (1U) form factor, making it easy to integrate into a rack system and ensuring efficient operation in studios or on live stages.
The L 6000 features a modular design and can accommodate up to four interchangeable charging modules. Each module has two slots for battery packs, allowing simultaneous charging of up to eight batteries of type BA 60, BA 61, or BA 62. Each slot is equipped with a three-color LED indicator that provides a quick and clear overview of the charging status.
The charging station includes an intelligent control system that prevents overheating and evenly distributes the load using built-in fans. For long-term storage of batteries, a special mode is available to maintain the optimal charge level without reducing capacity, significantly extending battery lifespan.
All essential battery data — temperature, charging duration, remaining time, number of cycles, and overall quality — can be monitored via the Wireless Systems Manager software. Thanks to its modular design, the L 6000 remains future-proof: new types of charging modules can be easily added without replacing the entire device.
