The Vandoren V12 CR1935 #3.5 reed for Bb clarinet is made from cane. It has a thicker heel, a longer cut, and a thicker tip compared to traditional models. Due to the longer cut, more parts of the reed vibrate, producing a deeper and richer sound. The thicker tip enhances the richness of the sound and increases the longevity of the reed.
