The Vandoren V12 CR1935+ #3.5+ reed for Bb clarinet is made from cane. It has a thicker heel, a longer cut, and a thicker tip compared to traditional models. Due to the longer cut, more parts of the reed vibrate, producing a deeper and richer sound. The thicker tip enhances the richness of the sound and increases the longevity of the reed. This reed is noted for its stability in strength, allowing for a more consistent result during performance.
