TheEMG 81-7H is a seven-string pickup based on the legendary EMG 81. It features powerful ceramic magnets and narrow-aperture coils that deliver an intense and sharp sound with a pronounced high end. This humbucker is ideal for bridge positioning, where it gives your leads a cutting edge even in the densest mix.
For an aggressive sound, you can use a pair of EMG 81-7Hs in bridge and snare positions, or choose the classic 81-7H/85-7H combo or the versatile 81-7H/60-7H set. The solderless design makes it easy to install and replace pickups on your guitar.
