The Shure A400SM anti-vibration mount is a professional shock mount designed to reduce vibration and surface noise when using gooseneck microphones. With its patented Shock-Stopper design, the A400SM effectively isolates the microphone from the mounting surface, reducing the transmission of unwanted sounds by up to 20dB. This is especially important for conference rooms, broadcasting and event voiceovers where maximum speech clarity is required without the effects of external mechanical interference.
The mount is compatible with a wide range of Shure microphones including CVG12, CVG18, MX412, MX412S, MX412SE, MX418, MX418S, MX418SE and MX424 models. Its rugged construction and discreet design make it a practical and discreet solution for professional installation in bleachers, tables or other fixed mounting positions.
