The QED Reference Golden Anniversary XT speaker cable (2x Banana — 2x Banana) in a 3 m length is a special edition created to celebrate QED’s 50th anniversary, combining decades of audio engineering expertise with innovative technologies. Thanks to the new X-Tube™ Plus design, which merges X-Tube™ and Aircore™ technologies, the cable delivers even signal transmission across the entire audible frequency range while eliminating skin and proximity effects.
The conductors are made from a hybrid blend of Ultra-Pure Ohno Continuous Cast Copper (UP-OCC) and 99.999% oxygen-free copper, providing superior signal retention and sound detail. Its low-loss polyethylene insulation ensures high efficiency and minimal signal loss, while Airloc™ Forte Banana plugs guarantee a secure, oxidation-resistant connection.
