The RØDE VXLR+ is a convenient adapter with 3.5mm TRS and XLR connectors. Its primary purpose is to provide power for RØDE microphones with a 3.5mm output (such as the VideoMicro, VideoMic GO, or HS2) from professional audio devices with XLR inputs. The adapter converts the standard phantom power (12–48V) delivered via the XLR cable into the low-voltage plug-in power (3–5V) required for these microphones. For a secure connection, the adapter is equipped with a special locking connector.
