If visually it reminds you of the Corvette, you obviously can't tell that from its frenetic sound. Two of MEC's signature passive humbuckers bring out the full character of this instrument. The Corvette $$ can be the epitome of aggression, or it can become moderately sensitive and even delicate, thanks to the two mini humbucker switches in parallel/single mode. To add even more flexibility to the $$, the passive pickups are combined with the original German preamp and 2-band MEC EQ, turning this instrument into a versatile musician's "Swiss knife."
The Corvette $$ body is made of select swamp ash for volume and warmth, the fingerboard is four-piece ovancool for a powerful growling midrange, and the fingerboard pad is wenge. The 24 fret nesilver fins provide balanced timbre and durability. Add Warwick's signature mechanics and you've got everything you need to deliver the perfect sound.
