The FGN NJB100MBAH from the Neo Classic series is an instrument that combines classic aesthetics with modern ergonomics. The model is based on the time-tested Jazz Bass design, complemented by Fujigen engineering improvements that make this Japanese bass guitar extremely comfortable to play and flexible in sound.

The body is made of ash, which provides a clear, expressive tone with crisp attacks and open highs. The neck and fingerboard are made of maple, which adds density and articulation in the midrange. Thanks to the U-shaped neck profile, the instrument fits comfortably in the hand: it is neither too thin nor too thick, making it suitable for a wide range of musicians. And thanks to the C.F.S. (Circle Fretting System) fret edge treatment, your fingers glide easily across the neck without discomfort.

The model is equipped with two FGN 62J series pickups, which provide a classic J-style sound with good frequency separation and a dense midrange. The control scheme includes 2 volume knobs and 1 tone knob with a push-pull function: when the switch is activated, the pickups switch from parallel to series connection, which significantly increases the output signal and adds richness to the sound — ideal for punchy parts in the mix.

High-quality GOTOH hardware, a set of D'Addario EXL165 strings, and a branded case included make this instrument a complete choice for both stage and studio use.
