The scale length of the NDX Baritone has been increased to 27" (685 mm), allowing it to retain clarity and dynamic sound even when tuned lower. This ensures a familiar string tension, making playing comfortable. Thanks to the scalloped X-bracing, the sound of the instrument becomes even more dynamic, with enhanced resonance and a balanced tone.

The guitar is crafted using only solid wood. The top is made of Sitka spruce, which provides excellent resonance and a balanced tone across all frequency ranges. The back and sides are made of African mahogany (Okoume), which adds deep bass and rich midrange, crucial for playing in lower tunings.

The Fishman Presys Blend electronics include a built-in microphone and piezo pickup, which transmit the natural acoustic character of the guitar when connected to an amplifier or sound system. With the built-in tuner, 3-band equalizer, and additional features, the system allows easy control of the sound and helps achieve the best results in any environment.

The guitar features an increased body depth (100-125 mm), contributing to a rich, full-bodied sound, brimming with harmonics. The soundhole is decorated with abalone and rosewood. The binding on the neck and back of the guitar not only gives it a stylish look but also protects it from damage during play.

The Cort NDX Baritone is coated with an ultra-thin electrostatic lacquer that allows the wood to "breathe" and enhances the resonance of the body. UV treatment makes the finish more resistant to scratches, ensuring the longevity of the instrument and maintaining its original look for many years.
