The SFX Series acoustic guitars embody Cort's vision of what a modern stage instrument should be. With a shallow body with a cutout for easy access to the upper frets, an ergonomic neck with a high-speed V-profile for maximum playing comfort, large jumbo frets and functional electronics, the SFX will become the loyal companion of the modern guitarist.
Solid spruce top
Spruce has an excellent combination of flexibility and strength, making it one of the most popular materials for acoustic guitar tops. Its excellent tonal characteristics make it an ideal choice for a variety of musical genres and playing styles.
Slim and comfortable, but sounds like a big body
The SFX series guitars have a slim body and are very comfortable to play. However, you don't have to pay with sound for this comfort. The arched rear deck compensates for the reduced depth of the cabinet, allowing for a spacious, deeper sound.
Built-in electronics
The SFX-E is equipped with a built-in ceramic piezo pickup and a Cort CE304T preamp. A three-band equalizer allows you to fine-tune the sound of the instrument, and a chromatic tuner with an LED display allows you to quickly and conveniently tune your guitar even in the darkest stage.
Acrylic-decorated rosette and top
The resonator hole and the contours of the body are decorated with mother-of-pearl acrylic, emphasizing the natural beauty and grace of the instrument.
