The Ibanez RGD61ALET is a solid body electric guitar model of the RGD series introduced by Ibanez in 2020. Made in Indonesia as part of the metal-focused Axion Label range, but starting in 2023 as one of the first models in the Ax Design Lab series. RGD guitars have a body based on the RG series, but with special chamfers and deep horn cutouts. They also have a very long neck with a 26.5" scale. The RGD61ALET has a maple top niato body, bolted to a panga pang walnut neck with an ebony fingerboard. The Nitro Wizard neck is one of the fastest and smoothest Ibanez necks to date. Luminescent dotted side panels make it easier for musicians to perform on dark stages, paired with a dazzlingly luminous Ibanez logo on the headstock. Components include a pair of Fishman Fluence active humbucking pickups, an EverTune bridge and Gotoh locking tuners. Fishman Fluence Modern pickups provide aggressive tone and powerful attack without excessive noise. The EverTune bridge system keeps the guitar in tune in all conditions. Sturdy S-shaped straplocks from Schaller will not let you down even in the toughest conditions on the stage. The RGD61AL is a sister model with an ash body, maple fretboard, DiMarzio pickups and a standard fixed bridge. The RGD61ALA is a sister model with an ash body and no Evertune bridge.
