The PRS SE Paul's Guitar in Faded Blue Burst is an electric guitar that combines a rich tonal spectrum with versatility.
The body of the instrument is made from mahogany with a maple top and flamed maple veneer, giving the guitar an elegant appearance. The set neck is made from mahogany, and the fingerboard is made from rosewood. The neck has a Wide Fat profile, providing a comfortable playing feel, with a thickness of 22 mm at the 1st fret and 25 mm at the 12th fret. The fingerboard radius is 254 mm, and the inlay is in the shape of PRS’s signature birds.
The guitar features a PRS Stoptail bridge with brass inserts, which enhances tuning stability and provides excellent string vibration transfer. The Vintage-Style tuning pegs are nickel-plated, adding a classic look to the instrument. The strings are PRS Classic 10-46.
The SE Paul's Guitar is equipped with custom TCI "S" pickups in the bridge and neck positions, delivering a clean vintage sound. Thanks to two mini-switches located between the volume and tone controls, players can switch the pickups to single-coil mode, adding clarity and uniqueness to the sound, characteristic of vintage single-coil tones. This guitar is the first model in the SE series to offer such innovative electronics beyond the elite Private Stock and Core series. It also includes controls for volume and tone, as well as a 3-way pickup selector switch.
The PRS SE Paul's Guitar is made in Indonesia and comes with a custom case, as well as keys for adjusting the truss rod and bridge. This guitar is an excellent choice for musicians who value quality and versatility.
