Choosing your first guitar can be a daunting task, but Yamaha makes it easy with the Gigmaker ERG121 GPII set. This kit includes everything you need to start playing right out of the box.
The basis of the set is the Yamaha ERG-121 electric guitar. It has a basswood body and a maple neck with a rosewood inlay. Thanks to this design, the guitar provides a comfortable feeling while playing and a great sound. The neck is fixed on bolts. The scale of the guitar is 25.5 inches (648 mm) and the neck thickness varies from 20.9 mm at the 1st fret to 22.9 mm at the 12th fret. The width of the neck at the zero fret is 41 mm, and at the 12th - 51.4 mm.
The guitar is equipped with two humbuckers and one single, which allows you to get a wide range of sounds. Control is carried out using a 5-position switch, as well as volume and tone controls. Vintage Tremolo style bridge adds flexibility in performing different musical techniques. The guitar has 22 frets and a 41 mm wide top fret. Chrome-plated mechanics and open-type pegs with caps ensure reliable tuning.
The set also includes a two-channel GA-15 15W combo amp with clean and distortion modes. For fine-tuning the sound, the kit includes an electronic tuner YT-100. The guitar also comes with a case, a set of pickguards, a set of Super Light Nickel Wound strings (09-42), a string winder, a strap, and an instrument cable.
