Electric guitar Mooer GTRS Standard S801 (Sonic Blue) is a unique instrument that belongs to the GTRS line of «smart» guitars. The model is equipped with a digital processor that allows you to do without additional equipment or software for concert playing or studio recording.

The GTRS Intelligent processor allows you to use 126 different effects and timbrally simulate the sound of 11 different guitars. There is also a tuner function, a drum machine (40 types), a metronome (10 types) and an 80-second looper. The effects are combined into 4 presets, which can be switched using a special Super Knob on the guitar itself.

The guitar can be connected to a smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth technology and edit presets in the GTRS APP mobile application (can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Play Market). It is also possible to use the GWF4 wireless controller (purchased separately) during stage performances, studio recording or rehearsals.

The digital processor is powered by a 4000 mAh lithium battery, which allows you to play for up to 10 hours (15 hours in standby mode). The USB Type-C connector is used to charge the battery. It can also be used to transmit a digital signal to make audio recordings directly on a mobile device.

The guitar's deck is made of American basswood (Basswood). The neck has a bolt-on, C-shaped profile and is made of roasted maple. Heat treatment makes the wood less sensitive to moisture and temperature changes. The fingerboard is made of maple and has a radius of 12 inches. The neck has 22 Jumbo frets. The upper nut is made of natural bone.

The guitar is equipped with three GTRS Alnico V pickups — 2 SC-1N singles (center and neck) and an HM-1B humbucker in the bridge. The pickups can operate in passive and active modes. In passive mode, the sound is adjusted using the volume control, tone control, and 5-way switch. In active mode, which is activated by the Super Knob, the effects processor is turned on.
