The Boss RV-200 Guitar Effects Pedal is a modern, professional-grade instrument designed for musicians who want to maximize their performance. It combines signature BOSS reverb quality with the latest algorithms and advanced control capabilities. With a compact form factor and ergonomic control panel, the RV-200 integrates easily into any setup and opens up a wide range of atmospheric effects - from neat spatial amplification to experimental, dreamy soundscapes.
The device is equipped with 12 types of reverb, including the unique Arpverb, which creates multi-dimensional, moving textures. The new BOSS DSP processor provides studio-quality accuracy and depth of sound, supporting 32-bit floating-point processing and a sampling rate of 96 kHz. Each algorithm is designed to preserve the naturalness and detail of even the most complex presets, making the RV-200 a versatile tool for stage and studio.
The pedal’s interface is designed for quick sound creation and editing. The musician gets direct access to key parameters such as reverb time, pre-delay, effect level, as well as high and low-pass filters. The density control and parameter knob allow you to go beyond the standard settings and flexibly shape your own sound. With 127 memory locations, all your favorite configurations are always at hand.
The RV-200 also offers extremely wide possibilities for live performance. Two built-in footswitches can be reassigned to activate Hold, Warp, Twist or switch presets. The pedal supports external control via expression pedals, additional footswitches and MIDI with TRS connectors. Multiple 200 series pedals can be linked together in a single MIDI chain, making the RV-200 an excellent choice for professional live rigs.
