Ahead RK is a proprietary model of increased strength, created specifically for drummers who need maximum volume with minimal effort. Thanks to their increased length (16.25") and short taper, the sticks deliver tight hits with a pronounced attack, maintaining control even during intense playing. The weight of 66 grams adds a feeling of stability, and the balance is slightly shifted forward for a more powerful sound.

The sticks are based on an ultra-strong aluminum core with high-precision machining, which guarantees weight and balance stability within less than 1%. The outer layer is a replaceable ST polyurethane coating designed for long-lasting protection of both the stick itself and the drum surface.

The tip is made of nylon, has a teardrop shape (model ST801) and provides a warm, woody sound that conveys the nuances of playing on rides and hi-hats. The built-in VRS system effectively reduces vibration, reducing strain on the hands during long performances.
