Boundary Layer Microphone Shure MX393/S Supercardioid

The Shure MX393/S is a high-quality boundary condenser microphone with a narrow supercardioid polar pattern, designed for use in conference rooms, auditoriums, meetings, and video conferencing systems. Its compact design allows the device to be easily integrated into any surface, ensuring natural speech transmission even in challenging acoustic environments.

The microphone is equipped with a replaceable capsule that can be replaced with a cardioid or omnidirectional capsule depending on the specific installation requirements. The signal is transmitted via a four-pin TA4F mini-connector connected to a 4-meter cable with an XLR preamp. The microphone has a balanced transformerless output, which ensures low noise and excellent signal quality.

The MX393/S model is compatible with phantom power in a wide range from 11 to 52 V and is equipped with a programmable on/off button and LED indicator for easy real-time monitoring. When mounted on a large surface, sensitivity is increased by 6 dB, which contributes to a better ratio of direct and reflected sound.

Thanks to electromagnetic shielding, the microphone is protected from radio frequency interference, making it a reliable tool for modern multimedia environments.
