The Shure SLXD3-H56 Digital Wireless Transmitter is a high-quality device that allows you to turn any sound source with an XLR input, including microphones of various types, into a wireless transmitter for the SLX-D system. This device provides a reliable and stable connection thanks to the locking ring, which guarantees the absence of backlash.
The SLXD3 transmits high-quality digital audio from any XLR source to the SLXD4 or SLXD5 receivers via a reliable RF connection. Infrared synchronization (IR Sync) allows you to easily and quickly pair transmitters with receivers of the SLX-D wireless system.
The device has a bright OLED screen on the front panel that displays important system parameters such as battery level and baud rate. Powered by two AA batteries or an SB903 battery, the SLXD3 provides up to 8 hours of continuous operation.
This transmitter has several additional features including +12V to +48V phantom power for use with condenser microphones, a 24-bit digital audio signal, wide frequency range of 20Hz - 20kHz (depending on the microphone). There is also a choice of transmitter power levels and a wide selection of channels.
SLXD3-H56 is made of durable metal, which ensures its reliability and durability in any conditions of use. The transmitter comes with a pair of AA batteries, a storage pocket, and a leather holster with a belt clip.
