Shure SLXD2/B58 is a digital handheld wireless microphone transmitter compatible with SLX-D receivers. It features a Beta 58A dynamic capsule designed for close-range vocals, with mid-range boost and low-frequency deflection to control the proximity effect. The capsule features a supercardioid polar pattern for high gain before feedback, maximum isolation from other sound sources, and minimal off-axis coloration. The transmission distance is more than 100 meters. The transmitter provides up to 8 hours of operation from two AA batteries or the SB903 rechargeable battery pack. The SLXD2/B58A handheld transmitter delivers crystal clear, 24-bit digital audio quality and reliable RF transmission in a lightweight yet durable aluminum housing. It is well suited for use in small to medium sized concert halls and houses of worship.
An optional SB903 Li-Ion rechargeable battery (sold separately) provides convenient power management with zero memory effect and accurate hours and minutes on the transmitter's LCD display. The SBC203 dual-battery station (sold separately) charges two SB903 batteries at once – it is installed on the external contacts of the transmitter, which allows you not to remove the batteries for recharging.
Note: When purchasing individual wireless components, please match their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. Shure SLXD2/B58-H56 operates in the frequency range 518 - 562 MHz.
