The Shure BLX14/B98 is a cost-effective wireless radio system for woodwinds, woodwinds and percussion instruments with quality sound, easy setup, intuitive controls and reliable performance right out of the box. The package includes a compact and lightweight BLX4 single channel desktop receiver with internal antennas, ideal for portable use. The kit also includes a BLX1 bodypack and a Beta 98H/C cardioid microphone with built-in clamp, ready to attach to your instrument. The receiver is equipped with a QuickScan frequency selection feature to quickly search for available frequencies and identify a clear RF channel in the event of interference. The system provides up to 14 hours of continuous operation from two AA batteries at a distance of up to 100 meters. Up to 12 microchannels can operate simultaneously in each frequency range. This radio system is well suited for live performances in small music halls, wedding halls and houses of worship.
Note: When purchasing individual wireless components, please match their frequency ranges to ensure proper system operation. Shure BLX14E/B98-K3E operates in the frequency range 606 - 630 MHz.
