The Sennheiser HD 25 Plus headphones are a modern reimagining of the legendary model that has remained a favorite among professional DJs for more than 28 years. They combine proven reliability, ergonomic design, and high-quality sound, making them a versatile tool for both work and everyday use.
This model was created specifically for working in high-noise environments. Thanks to their closed-back design and tight earcup fit, the headphones provide exceptional sound isolation comparable to in-ear models. At the same time, comfort is ensured: soft synthetic leather earpads and a lightweight build (only 140 g) allow for hours of music listening or DJing without fatigue.
The HD 25 Plus construction is lightweight yet extremely durable. The split headband with soft padding keeps the headphones securely in place even during active movements, while the swivel hinge on the left earcup allows single-ear monitoring – an essential feature for DJs. The adjustable headband mechanism can be fine-tuned for a perfect fit.
The sound signature is balanced and detailed, with excellent instrument separation. The low frequencies are tight and expressive without being excessive, enabling accurate control of the kick drum and rhythm. A subtle tilt towards darker tonality adds musicality and reduces listening fatigue, while the absence of overemphasized highs makes long sessions comfortable. At the same time, the headphones faithfully reproduce recording flaws – as true professional monitors should.
The Sennheiser HD 25 Plus delivers high sound pressure levels and withstands overloads. With an impedance of 70 Ohms, they can be used even with portable devices, though their full potential is best revealed with amplifiers.
The package includes two detachable cables: a straight 1.5 m cable with an angled jack and a coiled cable that extends up to 3 m, giving more freedom of movement during performances. Both cables are reinforced with a steel core for extra durability. Also included are a pair of velour earpads for long-term comfort, a 6.3 mm adapter, and a carrying pouch.
