The Klark Teknik DN370 is a dual-channel 30-band graphic equalizer, the culmination of over 40 years of the company's experience in creating top-tier audio equipment. The core element of the DN370 is the enhanced Proportional-Q technology. Unlike standard equalizers with a Constant-Q response, Proportional-Q dynamically changes the filter's width: for minor adjustments, it remains broad for gentle, musical tonal shaping, while for deep cuts or boosts, it narrows for a highly precise impact on the problem frequency. This allows for the effective elimination of resonances and feedback with minimal effect on adjacent frequencies, preserving the integrity of the musical material.

In addition to graphic equalization, the DN370 is equipped with a section of supplementary filters on each channel. It includes sweepable high-pass (20 Hz - 500 Hz) and low-pass (2 kHz - 20 kHz) filters for eliminating sub-low rumble and tailoring the sound to a specific speaker system. Two parametric notch filters with a wide, overlapping range allow for the surgical removal of problematic resonances or feedback frequencies, which is especially important for monitor lines.

For maximum control precision, the device is equipped with 45mm faders featuring a smooth action and a center detent. The user can select a control range of ±6 dB for fine adjustments or ±12 dB for more radical changes. Its robust construction, including a durable 3U steel rackmount chassis and protective fader covers, ensures flawless performance even in the toughest touring conditions. In the event of a power failure, an automatic hard-wire bypass relay will maintain the integrity of the audio signal.

The DN370 offers professional connectivity options with electronically balanced inputs and outputs on both XLR and Phoenix connectors, making it a versatile solution for both mobile rigs and fixed installations.
