The Crown XLS1002 is a next-generation two-channel amplifier from the XLS DriveCore™ 2 series, combining cutting-edge technology, high efficiency, and a modern design. With an upgraded DSP, a three-times larger LCD display, and an improved interface, it provides precise sound control and ease of use in any setting.
This amplifier features Crown’s proprietary DriveCore technology, ensuring a clean and stable signal without distortion. It can deliver up to 1100W in bridged mode at 4 ohms, making it ideal for concert venues, studios, or installations. Power output per channel is 550W at 2 ohms, 350W at 4 ohms, and 215W at 8 ohms.
The device supports various input types: balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS, as well as RCA. Outputs are provided via Speakon connectors, binding posts, and AUX. Built-in electronic protection guards against overloads and short circuits. The smart forced-air cooling system prevents overheating even during prolonged use.
The XLS1002 offers advanced digital signal processing capabilities, including an integrated PureBand™ crossover system, bandpass filters per channel, and selectable input sensitivity (0.775V or 1.4V). Features like auto sleep mode, menu lock, and Peakx™ limiters ensure not only functionality but also reliability in daily operation.
