The Crown DCi DriveCore Network 4|1250N amplifier is built on the patented DriveCore™ technology, offering maximum efficiency and reliability. Part of the DCi Series, this model is engineered to meet the highest industry standards and is tailored for complex installations.
It features four output channels and supports loads from 2 to 16 ohms, as well as 70V and 100V lines, making it a versatile solution for various audio systems. In bridged mono mode, it supports 4–16 ohms and 140/200V operation.
The DCi 4|1250N is equipped with analog and digital inputs, including BLU-Link (HARMAN’s proprietary audio transport), allowing flexible connectivity. The priority input switch enables automatic failover from the primary to the secondary signal in case of audio loss.
Thanks to HiQnet™ protocol support, the amplifier can be remotely monitored and controlled over a standard TCP/IP network using Audio Architect software or the Powered by Crown mobile app. It also includes programmable GPIO ports for volume control, preset recall, or error reporting.
Built-in DSP features include LevelMAX limiters, EQ, crossovers, delay, matrix mixer, and speaker line monitoring. The cooling system is actively controlled with a variable-speed fan and front-to-back airflow. Despite its high output, maximum fan noise stays under 47 dBA at 1 meter.
Dimensions are 483 x 89 x 432 mm (2U height), and the unit weighs 13.6 kg. It supports a wide AC voltage range (100–240V) and comes with a 20A IEC power connector.
